Waves Beach is the brainchild of Excell Plunkett Reyes. Born in Guantanamo, Cuba, Excell relocated to Jamaica where he now lives happily with his Jamaican wife and 5 dogs.
Waves Beach is located at 190 Sand Drive, Seafort, Hellshire, Portmore (to the right of Fort Clarence Beach, along the same strip).
